What attire will I need to pack?
Attire for most of conference is casual, jeans encouraged, except the following:
• The Awards Dinner will be festive casual—think Mardi Gras!
• The Closing Night Dinner & Concert will be Black & White attire.
How far is it from the airport to the hotel? Will shuttles be provided?
There are two airports that service New Orleans, LA:
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) – 13 miles from Hilton Riverside, a 25 minute drive.
Lakefront Airport (NEW) – 10 miles from Hilton Riverside, a 15 minute drive.
At this time, there is no previously arranged transportation to and from the hotel.

Directions from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport:
• Take Interstate-10 Downtown/East/Slidell, exiting at Poydras St.
• Turn right onto Poydras St.
• Follow Poydras south to its end at our hotel's front circle drive entrance.

When should Circle of Excellence participants arrive at the conference?
Circle of Excellence participants should plan to arrive on Monday, January 8, 2018. The Circle of Excellence event is scheduled from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.
Will there be a conference mobile app?
Yes! In an effort to promote sustainability and offer you instant access to a great conference experience, we’ll be launching a mobile app dedicated to the All Suites Conference.
Will I be able to get contacts from people I meet at conference?
Yes! We will be using digital technology that makes it easy for you to meet new people. You’ll be able to gain instant access to attendee contact information that uploads immediately to your phone via the conference mobile app.
What is the Tradeshow, and are we required to attend?
The Tradeshow is the prime opportunity to connect with Hilton’s major suppliers and vendors. Representatives will be there to answer your questions and offer support for you and your team. You will have required times for attendance, detailed in your personalized agenda.
How can I pay my conference fee?
This year, we are only accepting credit cards for your payments. Please note that your final amount will be $1293.75 for your attendee registration fees.
How much is the room rate at the hotel?
The reserved room block is first-come, first-served and expires on December 1, 2017 - or when the block is full, whichever comes first. The room block rate is $209 – $249 per night, plus all applicable taxes. At the time of booking, your credit card will be pre-charged a deposit for the cost of one night's stay, which will be applied to the balance of your stay. Attendees should book their room prior to December 1, 2017 to take advantage of the block rate.
What is the registration deadline?
Although there is no official registration deadline, we do encourage all attendees to be registered by December 1, 2017 to be included in all meeting communications.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
To cancel registration, an attendee MUST notify his or her BPS Director. Without extenuating circumstances, outside of the control of the attendee, no registration will be canceled. No refunds will be given when registrations are canceled.
I am registered for the meeting - does that mean I have reserved my room?
No. Meeting registrations are separate from hotel reservations. On the website, and on your confirmation email, you will see links to the Conference hotels. Follow one of these links to book your room.
What are the required sessions?
All sessions are required.
